What to do...

Bellanoch House has been planned to offer comfort, elegance, a haven for relaxation, and warm hospitality in an aura of history and character.

Do as much or as little as you choose.

Historians will be enchanted by the mystery of Kilmartin Glen, Standing Stones, Cairns, a monument of 5000 years of civilations and culture and of Dunadd, fortress of Scottish Kings

Outdoor activities include SAILING from Bellanoch Bay, CANOEING, salmon & trout FISHING, STALKING with escorted Forestry Commision Rangers, an abundance of WALKS, escorted tours operated by Scotwalk from our premises, excellent BICYCLE routes, HILLCLIMBING, HORSE RIDING across Loch Crinan at low tide, BEACHCOMBING and, of course, its a GOLFERS paradise.

Tourers may roam or drive through forests and glens, from loch to castle, through trust gardens which thrive in the Gulf Stream climate, or Island-hop from nearby ferry ports to Jura, Gigha, Islay, Mull and Colonsay.
